Under the Tree

Fahan is the first school in Tasmania to produce professionally a recipe book of this scale. Under the Tree has been designed to have broad appeal and has evolved into a 200 page hard cover book containing 91 recipes, 186 images plus student art work. It has been professionally designed by Ian Wallace with photography by Alice Bennett.
