A Fahan School Reunion was held on Saturday 20 July at The Flying Horse in Finsbury, London.

A wonderful number of guests were in attendance for this special event ranging from a number who left Fahan in the 1950's through to the more recent years.

On welcoming attendees Prinicipal, Tony Freeman, spoke of the recent achievements of the School including the ranking as the Top School in Tasmania by The Australian for the second year in a row and the recent Senior School Redevelopment.

At the conclusion of the event Mr Freeman presented guests with a Fahan School Alumni badge as a thank you gift. Gold in colour and in the shape of the Fahan tree, the Alumni Badge is a special gift presented to Year 12 girls on Speech Night by the Fahan School Alumni Association. Everyone was appreciative of their Alumni badge which serves as a special reminder of their time at Fahan.
