Our students in Year 9 and 10 Science Enrichment class were invited to the Salmon Industry Conference to present their fish pen designs and further discuss their ideas and resulting prototypes. Their models have been on display at the Wrest Point Casino this week where they were received with overwhelming praise and interest by the Salmonoid Industry. What a wonderful experience for the students to see their hard work applied to a real-world context!
