Reporting a Test Result
If your child is symptomatic and requires a RAT or PCR test, you must advise the School of its outcome as soon as possible, regardless of whether the result is positive or negative. This should be done via the Fahan School COVID-19 Test Notification Form using this link here. This information will help us to keep track of potential clusters.
Positive results must also be reported to Public Health here.
