Southern Bus transport leaving at 8:30am
from the Sandy Bay Sailing Club, Long Point Road, Sandy Bay
We would be delighted if you could join us for this wonderful event in the North of the State. It will be a lovely opportunity to catch up with your fellow Tasmanian Alumni and Principal of Fahan School, Mrs Meg Lawson.

Lunch will be pre-ordered from the menu options below, please note your selections when you RSVP.
Main Course Choices
Please make your selection form one of the following options:
- Market Fish of the Day (gf, df) - mint, coriander, red onion, chilli caramel, grapefruit, toasted coconut, green beans
- Mushroom & Parmesan Arancini (4) (v) - roasted butternut pumpkin puree, rocket, shaved parmesan, toasted pepita seeds, reduced balsamic
- Aromatic Beef Massaman Curry (df) - with potato, peanuts, fresh herbs and jasmine rice
- Panko Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel - Asian slaw, grapefruit, pistachio, parsley, fries
Dessert Choices
Please make your selection from one of the following options:
- Eton Mess - Tasmanian strawberries & blueberries, layers of mascarpone mousse, house meringue, and raspberry compote (gf)
- Hellyers Road salted caramel brûlée with almond and pistachio biscotti (gfo)
- Chocolate Tart with blackcurrant sorbet, shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries
- Chef’s selection of sorbet/ice cream (gfo, dfo)
