Alex is an experienced change manager, with more than 20 years working across strategic human resource management, industrial relations and organisational development. She has worked in consulting and internal roles across the not-for-profit, government and commercial sectors. Alex is an experienced Director and Board Chair, guiding Tasmanian and Australian for-purpose organisations.

Alex joined the Fahan Board in 2024 and brings a deep understanding of governance and organisational strategy. A graduate of the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Science (Hons), Alex also holds a Master of Business and Technology (MBT) from UNSW. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

As a proud Fahan alumna from the Class of 1989, Alex brings both professional insight and a strong sense of connection to the School. We warmly welcome her into this leadership role and look forward to the contributions she will make in guiding Fahan’s future.
