After completing a double degree in Psychology, Liana went on to spend two years completing her Teaching qualification. She began her teaching career on Tasmania’s North West Coast before joining Fahan School as a Middle School teacher. Liana has been part of the Fahan community since 2003 and now teaches in the Senior School, while also serving as Head of House for Freycinet.

Liana’s connection to Fahan is also deeply personal. Her daughter attended Fahan from Kindergarten through to Year 12 and thrived during her time at the school, embracing opportunities in music, drama, outdoor education and a wide range of co-curricular activities, including rowing and AFL. The breadth of experiences available at Fahan played a significant role in shaping her confidence and aspirations and has opened up exciting opportunities for her beyond Year 12.
