Maile Erger is the Associate Director, People Capability and Development at the Department for Education, Children and Young People. Maile has experience in both public and private industries, with expertise in human resource management including strategy development and delivery, individual and organisational development, talent acquisition and management, culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations. 

Maile holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania and is a member of the Fahan School Alumni, Class of 2001.
