2017 TCE results have been released and we are pleased to advise that our girls’ results are up there with the best in the country.
We should be very proud of the efforts of the entire Year 12 class, 96% of whom achieved an ATAR score. The achievements of all the girls who produced their best efforts across the spectrum are to be commended, as are those of you all for guiding them so expertly over the course of their time at Fahan. An outstanding 83% achieved and ATAR of 80+, placing them in the top 20% of students nationally.
Some key achievements include:
Fahan’s median ATAR was 86.6, meaning that 50% of our students’ achieved results that placed them in the top 14% of students nationally.
42% of our girls achieved an ATAR of 90+, placing them in the top 10% of students nationally.
83% achieved an ATAR of 80+, placing them in the top 20% of students nationally.
The following girls achieved outstanding ATARs of 95 or above: Charlotte Young 99.7, Isabella Pearce 97.3 and Clare Grace 95.8.
- Seven girls in Year 11 achieved scores of 38 or above for their top two subjects which augurs well for the 2018 cohort.
These are wonderful results for the girls, their families and the School, placing Fahan alongside the leading schools in Australia.
