Lumina 9 Program: Giving Through Connection and Digital Mentorship

As part of this term’s Lumina 9 theme of “Give”, our Year 9 students are visiting residents at Sandown Nursing Home each week to join them in various activities.

This week, Year 9 connected through art by drawing self-portraits together. They also helped residents with their mobile skills and explored locations on Google Earth as part of the Council on the Ageing (COTA) Digital Mentorship.

The COTA (Council on the Ageing) Tasmania Digital Mentorship program brings young people and older Tasmanians together to share stories, build friendships, and grow digital skills.
