Our Year 9 and 10 students took part in the Outdoor Education Camp at Derby - a week designed to challenge, connect and consolidate the mountain biking skills they’ve developed throughout the semester.
Beyond the trails, students explored meal planning, nutrition and W.I.S.E layering (a system for dressing smartly in changing conditions), alongside teamwork and leadership, while setting individual goals to reflect on their strengths and growth.
It was a valuable week that encouraged students to build resilience and support one another through new challenges. Thank you to our Outdoor Education staff for making this fantastic experience possible.
