Fahan athletes delivered an exceptional performance at the SSATIS Athletics Carnival held at the Domain on Tuesday 10 March, demonstrating determination, teamwork and school spirit across a full day of competition.
A team of more than 50 students represented Fahan across both track and field events, achieving impressive results in multiple age divisions.
The U13 and U16 teams each secured 1st place in their Pennants, while the U15 team finished 2nd, and the U14 team placed 4th - a strong showing across all year groups.
These individual and team performances combined to secure 1st place in the Junior Shield, 3rd place in the Senior Shield, and 1st place in the Girls Aggregate Shield, highlighting the depth of talent and commitment across the Fahan team.
A standout moment of the day came from Jemima Geappen, who set a new U16 100m record with an impressive time of 12.75 seconds.
It was a day marked by determination, resilience and strong team spirit. Congratulations to all our athletes on a fantastic result for Fahan.
