Fahan After Dark - A 90 Year Journey

Join us as we celebrate Fahan School’s remarkable 90-year legacy in a way you’ve never experienced before.

Bring the whole family and step into Fahan After Dark, a twilight celebration that transforms our campus into a living storybook. Make your way through a luminous journey of themed spaces and student performances – all brought to life by our students. Each stop along the way reveals a piece of Fahan’s past, present and future.

Warm up with delicious offerings from local food vans as you take in the sights and the sounds.

The evening will include our much-loved annual Kinder to Year 2 Lantern Walk, and our youngest students have been crafting beautiful lanterns in class, ready to light up the night, while the Year 3 and 4s are preparing a display that takes you on a journey through Fahan’s uniforms across the decades. Year 5 students will offer a dynamic look at the evolution of sport at Fahan, and Year 6 will treat us to an excerpt from Shrek the Musical Jr. Year 7 has delved into the story of a Fahan girl through the decades, sharing the experiences that have shaped generations of students.

Year 8 will bring improv to life, while Year 9 will take us on a journey through Outdoor Education across the years. Year 10 students will reveal the transformation of our campus over time, showcasing how Fahan has evolved to become the School we know today. Our Years 11 and 12 students will guide you through the event, using your “90th Passport” to ensure you don’t miss any of the immersive experiences.
