The Fahan School Archives were officially opened by Principal, Tony Freeman, on 3 July 2019.
On Friday 28 June, over 400 guests gathered to celebrate and farewell our Principal, Mr Tony Freeman, who is retiring at the end of this term.

On Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 June our Year 6 girls treated audiences to four entertaining performances of Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes in the TM Hall.

On Saturday evening, 25 May 2019, our Year 12 girls held a Quiz Night as their major fundraising event of the year.
The Year 11/12 Outdoor Leadership class completed a multi-day expedition, taking on the iconic Tasmanian walk into Frenchmans Cap
On Saturday 1 June 2019, Fahan School Alumni came together to enjoy a waterside lunch on the banks of the Yarra River in Melbourne.

During May, students visited Canberra, an annual excursion taken by the Year 8 class.
Fahan’s Big Sister, Little Sister program came alive this week with the whole School participating in a series of outdoor games.
On Friday 10 May, Fahan entered a team in the Tasmanian All Schools Mountain Bike Championships at Tolosa Park.

On Thursday 7 March, members of the Nateby Club came together to enjoy a High Tea in the Orangery Conservatory at Riversdale Estate, a stunning estate that overlooks picturesque Pitt Water in the Coal River Valley.

The 2018 TCE results have been released and we are pleased to advise that it has been a wonderful all-round performance from our Year 12 girls with 100% gaining an ATAR score.

On Tuesday 11 December, continuing a tradition that dates back to the late 1930s, the Class of 2018 were ceremoniously “Tossed Out” on the Boarders’ Flat outside Nateby.
The aim is for sustainability to become a link across all areas of learning, building on the innate interest the girls have in thinking critically, debating vigorously and acting creatively to discover better ways of using resources.
Fahan School celebrated the end of the School year with 83rd Annual Speech Night on Monday 10 December followed, the next morning, by the Final Assembly and “Tossing Out” Ceremony.
