Applying for your daughter to attend Fahan is a simple and personalised process. We welcome applications from birth, with major intake years in Kindergarten and Year 5, and additional entry opportunities in Years 3 and 7. Limited places may also become available in other year levels. Our Enrolments Team is here to guide you through each step and answer any questions along the way.
Your Enrolment Journey
Submit an Application
Complete the online Student Application Form and pay the non-refundable $100 application fee. Please note, submitting an application does not guarantee an offer of a place.
- Provide details for both parents or guardians
- Complete a separate application for each daughter
- Upload your daughter's birth certificate
Children entering Kindergarten must be four years of age by 1 January in their year of commencement.

Once we receive your application, we will be in touch to advise you of availability. If a place is available in your preferred year level, you will receive a Letter of Offer. If your preferred year level is currently full, we will discuss the next available entry point and the options available for your daughter. Where a place is not yet available, your daughter will be placed on our waitlist. Should a place become available, we will contact you.
Accept Your Offer
To secure your daughter's place, accept your offer and pay the one-off non-refundable enrolment fee within the timeframe outlined in your Letter of Offer. Enrolment fees contribute to the ongoing development of our campus and facilities.

Orientation
Before starting at Fahan, students entering Kindergarten to Year 7 are invited to attend Orientation, where they'll meet their teachers, become familiar with their learning environment and begin to make connections with their peers. At the same time, parents are invited to an information session to help them prepare for their daughter's commencement.
For students joining in Year 8 and above, the introduction to Fahan is tailored to their individual circumstances to ensure they receive the support that is right for them.

When Should I Apply?
As early as possible - we accept applications from birth, and waiting lists apply in some year levels. The earlier you apply, the better your daughter's chances are of securing a place in your preferred entry year.
What if My Daughter Isn't in a Key Intake Year?
Limited places may be available in other year levels at times. We encourage families to contact our enrolments team directly - we are always happy to discuss what might be possible.
Are Scholarships Available?
Yes, Scholarships may be offered from time to time, primarily for students entering the Senior School. Please visit our Scholarships page for the latest information.
